So, last week i went to Surabaya for work trip and i know there's a lot of culinary to explore here but sadly i don't have much time there. Luckily, i have a little time to have a breakfast before my flight in this cafe. It is called Calibre, it was near my hotel so i decided to stop by first.
What can i say? i chose the right place 🙋 The place is cozy like any other cafe or coffee shop actually but they have greenhouse kinda theme for the cafe and it's really Instagrammable.
Oh, and they roasted their own coffee cool right! and i picke the seat on the right side of this cafe (the one that glass side). The atmosphere and the food really a moodbooster to start my day and went home.
I picked three dishes for my breakfast, Espresso Milo, Spaghetti Aglio Olio and Chocolate Croissant.
Nothing special about this dish, it's just so-so like other Aglio Olio but it can still fill your stomach and the taste is not bad it's just so-so.
Yaaasshhh!!! this desert is really really the queen of all. the crispy texture on the top and really really soft texture on the bottom really blend well. The chocolate also number one, the chocolate inside is so many, it's like the pool of chocolate and the taste is delicious, sweet chocolate but won't make you nausea.
That's all simple review from me, if i had a chance to go to Surabya again i will explore more, there are so many places to explore there. See you again on the next review xoxoxo

Epresso Milo
You can guess just by the name right? It is espresso with Milo. This drink is really good the Milo make the texture thicker and the sweetness of the Milo make this drink less bitter but not too sweet such a good combination. Also they pour the Milo powder for the topping hmmm damn! i wish i can delverying it right now.
Aglio Olio
Nothing special about this dish, it's just so-so like other Aglio Olio but it can still fill your stomach and the taste is not bad it's just so-so.
Chocolate Croissant
